Axis provides skilled, ticketed and site-ready personnel to the civil construction and infrastructure sector. We support contractors across civil construction, tunnelling, rail, utilities, renewables, subdivision works and major infrastructure maintenance.
Backed by decades of industry experience, Axis is led by people with extensive backgrounds across building, plumbing, drainage, civil construction and utilities. This practical trade and project experience is strengthened by strong expertise in industrial relations and workplace safety, enabling Axis to operate confidently within complex construction and enterprise agreement environments.
Safety is fundamental to how we operate. We ensure our workforce is trained, compliant and prepared to meet the safety and performance standards expected across civil and infrastructure environments.
Our workforce is selected for experience, reliability and compliance. From plant operators to civil labourers and specialist roles, our people understand live construction environments and contribute from day one.
Axis is also committed to developing the next generation of skilled workers. As an approved employer through Apprenticeships Australia, we support trainee and apprentice pathways into civil and infrastructure, helping individuals build long-term careers while strengthening the industry workforce.
We believe the construction sector can also create opportunities for people who may otherwise struggle to enter the workforce. Axis is exploring pathways to support long-term unemployed individuals and create opportunities for people with disabilities to enter the civil construction sector.
